Navy and White plaid is nice. ELASTIC TOP and RUFFLE hem make it bunchy so it won't hang well. A tad TACKY! Won't do! No Prep is better than WANNA BE PREP! Almost, not quite Prep! DON'T BOTHER Prep. NEVER Prep. DON'T EVEN TAKE A CHANCE Prep! Trust me.
